Okay, so now I know why the report card envelopes should not have been sealed... the office wants to re-use those envelopes for two more reporting periods.
My fault. I sealed every one of them myself and now all the envelopes look a right mess because they had to be torn open. Sorry.
Please do send them back signed, however, so I know you have seen the report cards. I will deal with the messy envelopes.
